Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your Secret SZN purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied or simply change your mind, you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return or exchange your item(s).

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. For returns, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the product price, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for both the shipping cost of sending the item back to us and the shipping cost of delivering the replacement item.

Please ensure that all items being returned or exchanged are unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
