Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days after processing. Shipping and tracking details will be shared by email once your order has been shipped.
During sales and busy promotional periods, please allow 4–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We sincerely hope you are happy with your Secret SZN purchase. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason or change your mind, you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you would like to return or exchange your item.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. For returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the item’s price, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for both the cost of shipping the item back to us and the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Please ensure that any item(s) sent back for a return or exchange are unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
