Discount Exclusions

Unless stated otherwise, all promotions exclude sale items.

Sale and Purchase

We will sell and you will purchase products subject to the terms and conditions set out below. The contract comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us in accordance with these terms and conditions. Receipt of an order via our site does not constitute acceptance of that order.

Please make sure you enter your correct email address when ordering; we will use it to send your dispatch information. Once payment has been accepted, the order cannot be amended.

Price

All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TL) and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include delivery and packaging. Our delivery charges are set out in the delivery section of this website.

Prices are correct at the time of order and apply to online purchases only. All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or organisation.

Every effort has been made to represent the products accurately through images and descriptions. There may however be small variations in colour and design between items viewed on screen and the physical goods. By using this site you are deemed to have accepted this. Please ask us if you need help with the colours shown.

Payment

We accept the major credit and debit cards listed on the site.

Passing of Property

Title to the goods passes to the customer once full payment has been made by the customer and received by us, and the goods have been delivered.

Passing of Risk

Risk in the products passes to the customer on delivery. Risk here means any damage or cost arising from the purchased products to the purchaser, the purchaser's property or any third party's property.

Delivery

We normally dispatch orders within 2-4 business days and notify the customer of the dispatch date. Any date or time period given for delivery is an estimate only and does not form a guarantee.

The customer will be informed of any products that are out of stock at the time of order, and these will be sent as soon as possible once received from our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for losses or inconvenience caused by delivery delays on our part or our suppliers' part.

All products are sent by a courier of our choice. We reserve the right to deliver only to the address of the holder of the credit or debit card used for the purchase.

Our courier's delivery records, whether signed for or not, are considered definitive. Once the goods are delivered, the purchaser is responsible for any loss or damage arising from their use.

Acceptance

The customer should inspect the products on receipt; you will be deemed to have accepted them unless you contact us within 7 days. If no notice is given within this period, we will consider the products to be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, and we may not accept any later rejection or cancellation. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Right to Cancel

You may cancel your contract at any time during the period that starts on the day the contract is formed and ends 7 days after the day the products are delivered. As orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days of payment, we cannot cancel or amend an order once it has been dispatched; in that case the returns procedure below applies.

Returns Procedure

The return period is 7 days. You must notify us that you wish to return an item within 7 days of the day you, or someone you nominate, receive it. After notifying us, you must send the item back to us within 7 days.

To make a return, contact us at support@secretszn.com. Once we have received the returned items, or evidence that you have sent them, we will refund your payment within 14 days, excluding delivery charges. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days of the items reaching us.

Items being returned must be in a re-saleable condition, in their original undamaged packaging with all labels attached, and must not have been worn or otherwise used.

When sending items back, we strongly recommend that you keep your proof of postage. Please make sure the items are well packaged.

Faulty Items

If goods returned to us within 7 days of purchase are found to be faulty, incorrect or damaged, you will receive a full refund, repair or replacement.

General

If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, that part will be considered severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time.

Nothing in these terms and conditions reduces your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For information about your statutory rights, you can contact your local Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti).

Governing Law

Your use of this site and any purchase made on it are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and are deemed to have taken place in Türkiye. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Intellectual Property

All material on this website, including the website design, text and graphics, their selection and arrangement, and all software and source code, belongs to us, our licensors or the providers of that content. All rights are reserved.

No material or content on the website may be reproduced, modified, copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Currency

Any currency conversions shown on the site are for guidance only; although we make every effort to ensure prices converted from TL are accurate, there may be discrepancies.

All transactions are conducted in TL at the advertised price. Your bank or card company decides the exact exchange rate on the day of purchase.

Privacy

Secret SZN uses up-to-date credit card security and encryption protocols for online payments. Our staff will never see your full card details, and card details are not saved. We take your privacy very seriously; any personal information you give us will not be shared outside secretszn.com.
