SHIPPING

Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days after they have been processed. Delivery details will be shared in your order confirmation email.

During sale periods, please allow 4-5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We sincerely hope you are happy with your Secret SZN purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied or you change your mind, you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to let us know that you would like to return or exchange your item.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. For returns, the return shipping cost is deducted from the product price and the remaining amount is refunded to you.

For exchanges, both the cost of shipping the item back to us and the cost of shipping the new item to you are covered by the customer.

Please send us the item(s) you wish to return or exchange unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
